3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services strictly for legitimate verification purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to bypass or tamper with our daily scan quotas, rate-limiting systems, or IP tracking mechanisms.
• Utilize automated scripts, scrapers, bots, or DDoS tools against our API endpoints.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy our security assessment algorithms without express written permission.

4. Subscriptions, Fees & Payments

We provide a limited tier of free daily scans (subject to dynamic system quotas). Extended features and unlimited scans require a paid Pro subscription. Payments processed via Razorpay or direct UPI transfers are non-transferable and subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Accuracy & Disclaimer of Warranties

While our scanner evaluates multiple data points (SSL certificates, blacklist databases, and Gemini AI heuristics), we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Scam operators frequently deploy new domains. A "Safe" score does not constitute an absolute financial guarantee, endorsement, or liability for transactions conducted on third-party websites.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WebsiteLegitChecker, its operators, or technical partners be held liable for any financial losses, fraud, identity theft, or data breaches resulting from interactions with websites analyzed on this platform.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user, IP address, or account found violating these terms or engaging in malicious activity against our server infrastructure.
